You don’t need permission from people to lead them, you just have to create a story that will compel and in engage them to follow. This session will show you how to create your leadership story. We are all leaders regardless of our positions in the workplace or community. We will learn how to identify the positive core of your leadership? How to take one condition of your leadership and make it more vital and powerful? We will discuss how we move in the direction of our inquiry, how deep change is created in the active images of the future, how we can simultaneously appreciate the leadership ability in ourselves as well as others, and how reflecting on what inspires us can create possibilities we never knew imaginable.
