In 1994, MAC3 was created when 18 Dallas-Fort Worth-area community colleges and universities joined forces to enhance career services and job opportunities for students and alumni of their respective institutions. Today, the consortium's member institutions meet on a monthly basis to discuss issues and share best practices in career services. 

 

MAC3 is dedicated to helping members develop personally and professionally. Our purpose is to enhance career center services and employment opportunities for students and alumni, to provide professional development opportunities in career counseling and employment services, and to promote cooperation among career services offices, employers, and other stakeholders invested in post-graduate success for students and alumni.
